Hi Folks !
How are you and how's life?
Time seems to be racing! In no time it's a week-end and then another week-end and then the month is gone!
We are already nearing May!
I do hope you have started to meditate at least for a few minutes.
Do a spring - cleaning, a pre - mid - year closure of all things painful or irritating.
In fact, do this every month.
If you meditate every day and distribute your peace and harmony at the end of it, you will not pile up the bruises and generate your own energy to be happy.
I had given the address of places to find Vispi and Ratoos's books a couple of years ago.
I am very happy to state that, that post is redundant now!
The books have all been compiled into a single one with the same name - ' The Laws Of The Spirit World ' and is readily available in most shops and on flipkart too.
It has also been translated into Marathi - 'Jeevatm Jagache Kayade' and creating awareness on a bigger scale.
I hope it gets translated into all the languages.
I sat a month's Vipassana course in February this year and made a couple of discoveries.
They are right for me, but you may find them interesting too.
There are many layers to our thought.
We feel a thought comes, stays and goes.
Then another comes, stays and goes.
And so on.
We keep bobbing in these rapids, glad just to stay afloat.
But that's just the mind deliberately playing you like a puppet.
Thoughts are not linear, they come in a rush at times, at other times, in a fast flow!
Once you realize that ALL these thoughts only want to keep you away from your core issue, you can start to ignore them and go for the jugular. (your own) .
They succeed because we ourselves don't want to visit the painful.
We put layers and layers of memories and dreams and thoughts on that hurt or loss or sadness and convince ourselves we are fine and others will also be fine.
If we are cheating ourselves, others will too.
People only react to the vibrations coming from you.
So, if you find yourself dwelling on something trivial or magnifying something you have no control on, stop right there.
It can be a scene in the office, a bereavement, someone's consistently nasty behaviour - go for the thorn below the pus.
Stay with it and slowly but surely, you will unravel it.
The reward is liberating, believe me.
I did it and am free of a lot of stuff I was carrying around needlessly.
Bye for now.
I got a nice comment from a new reader, thank you!

It's on the blog-profile too.
Send your questions and I shall attempt to answer them in the next post.
Take care
