Hows Life !?
Hi to Namrata, my friend from a workshop!
I am so very happy you felt good after reading the blog !
Thats what it is for !
To realise that we are all powerful spiritual beings leading a wonderful human life to learn self-chosen lessons and move to the next level !
Thanks !
Deepti has sent two questions based on the last post - 'Ignorance and Ignoring'.
1. How do we identify if we are progressing correctly and not just believing that we are?
2. How do we identify if we are the ones being rigid and not others with whom we have to learn our lessons?
Good questions !
1. When we begin to learn our lessons, our negative patterns begin to change.
Supposing one of our chosen lesson was keeping calm in face of aggression.
In that case, what would be the habit-pattern we have come with and which we wish to dissolve?
Aggression which hasn't got us anywhere and merely heaped a lot of negative karma that we now have to clear.
So now, we choose, for eg. an overworked mother, an indifferent father and no siblings or much older/younger ones who we dont really bond with.
To get attention, we become difficult.
Dont study, play truant and falling back on the old pattern, become an aggressive bully.
We will have any number of justifications to behave this way and may even think that our lesson to learn was actually to be so !
There is one litmus test.
When you step back and think about your behaviour, in the end-result, was anyone hurt by it?
There is one litmus test.
When you step back and think about your behaviour, in the end-result, was anyone hurt by it?
Did you feel good and have peace of mind by that behaviour?
More importantly, have those 'always-happens-to-me' negative things stopped happening to you?
When a negative pattern breaks for good, positive things start to happen.
You may move out and find a great group of friends.
Or you may not have enough time on hands for those 'poor-me's.
The possibilities are endless.
2. If the negative things have stopped repeating in our life, we have learnt our own lesson.
We now can and should move on.
If the other person insists on being rigid, we have to learn to let them learn at their own pace.
It is also true that, when we change and start to give out calmer, positive vibrations, the world starts to react that way too.
In this case, your parents and siblings may 'discover' you and be proud of you
!
Awareness is the key to these changes.
Now for today's topic.
CHAKRAS are invisible Centres of Energy in our body.
Awareness is the key to these changes.
Now for today's topic.
CHAKRAS are invisible Centres of Energy in our body.
We ALL have them, whether we believe in them or not.
Just like after this life, there is going to be an after-life, whether we believe in it or not !
Both are generally invisible to the naked eye but there is a huge amount of information about both because they are so important to each one of us !
It is also true that life goes on merrily for millions who haven't the faintest idea about either !
Amazing, isn't it?~
There are 7 major CHAKRAS, and you know something - they all relate to the Soul's 7 Stages !
The First is The ROOT CHAKRA, at the base of the spine.
All the issues about survival and safety and grounding are stored here.
The Soul's 1st stage is all about sheer survival.
The Second is The SACRAL CHAKRA, beneath the navel.
This is about the sexuality and reproductive abilities.
The Soul's 2nd stage is about conforming, following, being safe in numbers.
The Third is The SOLAR PLEXUS.
This is the repository of our aggressive emotions, about fear and self-esteem and power.
In the 3rd stage, the Soul wants power, name and fame.
The Fourth is The HEART CHAKRA.
This is all about emotional power, love and compassion.
The Soul's 4th stage is all about starting the inward journeyand the question - 'Who am I'?
The Fifth is The THROAT CHAKRA, all about Creativity and Communication.
The Soul, in the 5th stage, has now seen the oneness in the whole universe and become more spiritual.
The Sixth is the THIRD EYE CHAKRA, all about the Mind's power, psychic energies, consciousness, intuition and so on.
The 6th stage of the Soul is the Transcendental one, when it can influence society towards a non-violent, positive path.
The Seventh is the CROWN CHAKRA, based in the crown of our head and connects with the higher realms of Consciousness, Knowledge and Spirituality.
In the 7th stage, the Soul IS the Divine and can raise the consciousness of the entire planet.
So how does knowing about The Chakras help us ?
Its another way of reaching our destination, of realising our full potential.
These Chakras have to be open and balanced for us to be mentally, physically and spiritually healthy.
So how do we know where we stand ?
Type chakras and google search ! T
here are 3-4 sites giving free online, instant tests and they're all good.
Take them.
Find out for yourself what you are!
ENJOY !
