Get Out Of Your Own Way -

Hi Folks -

The Blog turns 2 today!

Or 67 - which is the number of posts!

There are a couple of interesting questions -

1) Can we see Death before dying?

2) How are we going to die?

Let's take the first one.

Death is just a flow, a moment in the movement.
It is not even a pause.

We grow up by a year every year, a day every day and a moment every moment.

We do not, however, feel the physical change inside us.

When faced with a harsh reality, a disappointment, betrayal, loss of love or life, we feel we grow up by years in that one moment.

In moments of joy, of success, love and glory, we are ready to live forever and feel we have added years to our life.

Death is when we shed our body and move into the next realm, so it is an important occasion in our overall journey which is going to continue after we die too.

Sometimes, when we plan our life-to-be, we may know that we are going to be worried or a bit scared, and may wish for a reminder of death so that we wake up and complete all the things that we intend to do.

In that case, we may 'see' death in the form of an accident or the death of a dear one.

In Near-Death-Experiences, people die for a while in the clinical sense, when their brain and heart and all systems are gone.

But after a few minutes or an hour or two, they actually come back to life and even remember what happened to them and who met them and so on.

They continue to live for a few more months or years, but they change from what they were before.

They have an urgency about them to tell others about the next levels of existence, to not to take this life on a whim and to clean up their thoughts and actions.

They are the ones who have actually 'seen' and been through a temporary death.

Now the second query -

How each one of us are going to die, is something we have all chosen before taking birth and we have to trust ourselves that we have not been masochistic!

There may be genetic illnesses in the family, and we choose this to learn a certain lesson in pain or patience.

There may have been accidents or death at a young age -
That's a choice or an Exit taken too.

The whole point of this roller-coaster is to understand that our life is going according to the script chosen by us and once we die, we are going to sit and watch a replay with some 'aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh - yes!' moments and others with -'oops - how could I?' or 'Oh! Not again!'

So, instead of worrying about the physical 'How?', dwell more on the spiritual or the fundamental, ethical aspect and take stock of what your life is, right now.

Locate what drives you and why.

Meditate, take a Chakra Test (check the relevant post) and balance yourself.

Respect your body, eat and live healthy.

Most importantly, -ENJOY!

Now on to today's topic which in a way is an extension of the questions.

We are travellers, each one of us.

And sometimes, leave alone others who might be obstructing our path or pulling us back, we are perfectly capable of doing this to ourselves too.

We seem to be in a perpetual hurry, all the dreams and desires collapsing and crashing into eachother every moment.
We are breathless, tense, anxious and pessimistic about the outcome of all our wants.

The paramount feeling which drives us seems to be Fear.
The 'but what if?'-
It blinds us to all that is good and all those who are there to willingly help you along the way.

It's okay, you know, nothing is lost if you allow yourself to let go bit by bit.
We with all our turbulence are our own worst enemies.

Feel the freedom as you let yourself loosen up and lighten up.
Not doing this indicates a terrible lack of faith in oneself.

So relax, smile, laugh, trust yourself, step back - and let life lead you to lovely surprises!

I have lot of questions coming day by day i hope u don't have problem answering them. How many birth can a human have? like in Hindu belief we have 7 Janams, if yes what is after that and if in his/her first birth they have any phobia or any problems what would be the reason?
