An Out Of Body Experience

Isn't Life wonderful?!

I am dying to share something that someone graciously shared with me.

Recently, I did a work shop with Dr. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi.

It was very intense, a powerful cleanser and we all came out grinning happily.

I will write about some of those things in future posts - it was on 'Chakra Consciousness'.

There, I met Ashish who had undergone an out - of - body experience.

I asked him if he would write it down for me and if I could share it in my blog.

He was willing, so, here you are !

This is his experience, verbatim-

'Let me introduce myself. I am Ashish Sharma. I am 38 years old and I live in Gujrat. We live in a joint family with my father, mother, my wife and 2 children ( 1 boy, 1 girl). We have our family business of manufacturing textile processing machines of 'Gayatri' make, very popular brand in textile profession in India.

The incident happened in my life 5 years back when I was very busy in my business, family and friends. I had nothing to do with spirituality. I did not know anything about soul or meditation or anybody connected to spirituality. I did not hear or read anything about out - of - body experience.

So one regular day I came home from our factory. I was a little tired so I went in my bedroom and closed the door and lay on my bed. It was about 8.30 in the evening.

I just closed my eyes and was just relaxing when I felt some tingling sensation in my legs. I did not mind it as I thought it was due to tiredness so was just lying down normally. But the tingling sensation started increasing and so my mind went there but before I could understand anything, I was feeling that my complete body had started vibrating and the vibration was going on increasing.

I could feel something running in my body and I could also hear sound like 'suuuuoooooo' which was also increasing. I was really very scared but before I could do anything, my whole body got locked. I could not move, not even my finger.

Now I could feel the vibration and sound to extreme level. I was really very much afraid. I could feel that with this heavy vibration inside my body, something is getting separated and has started to move inside my body.

My body could feel the movement and now I could feel that I was dying. I was experiencing the last moment of my life. Every incident of my life was coming in front of my eyes, all the people connected to me, friends, relatives, even all the people who were not good to me also came before my eyes.

I could feel love and forgiveness for everyone. I was resisting to leave my body but was helpless. Then all of a sudden, the last sound of zoooooooooooooooooooom I could hear and I was out of my body and I was being dragged or pulled upwards.

I was trying to come down in my body once again but I could not, as some power was dragging me upwards. At that time I was feeling very much worried of my parents, my children, my wife, what will they do?

Within few seconds I was out of this Earth's atmosphere and as soon as I was out of Earth's atmosphere, I was in a form of a ray and I was now detached from all the relations. Now I had nothing to do with anyone and now I started to travel in space. I don't know how many light years I had crossed in few seconds and now I could see many rays travelling in my opposite direction.

I kept on travelling and finally I reached a place where I saw a huge fall of light. It had no starting and no end. It was Very, Very Huge, Very Very Beautiful. I could not understand it's colour. It had so many colours. Many rays like me were coming out of it and moving away in different directions.

I watched it for some time then I went near it. I travelled parallel to it for some time but could not see it's end.

Then I entered it, and as soon as I entered it, I was very comfortable. It was the first time I experienced Bliss. I have no words to explain. I was enjoying the state of Bliss at that moment.

I was not ready to come out of this state.

At that time I could feel someone telling me to return back (It was not actually telling but by some other way of communication which I don't know how to tell). I was not ready to return back on my own so afterward I was pulled again back from the Light Fall and once again my return journey started and within few seconds I was back in my body.

As I came in my body, once again it took me few seconds to completely connect to my body. As I could not understand anything, I was very much blank. At that time my brain could not understand anything. I was just looking at my body trying to understand - What is it? and Where am I? I was looking at my fingers and moving them. I was trying to understand my body.

At that time, my wife opened the door and entered the room. I saw her and she was the first human being I felt I saw ( after entering my body). I was trying to remember her. I was thinking, somewhere I have seen her. All this was going on in my mind and I was just staring at her, trying to recognise her. My wife could not understand this. She was worried why I am behaving like that. She was asking me 'What happened? Why are you staring like that?'

At that time I was really feeling very thirsty. My throat was completely dry, my body neede water very badly but I could not say anything as I had forgotten the language. I had forgotten all the languages, all the words. I was feeling thirsty and needed water but I didn't know how to tell.

After a lot of hard effort I could only remember the word ' Water'. I said 'Water', my wife ran to the kitchen and got me water and as soon as I drank water I started recollecting my memory., Who I am- I soon recollected my complete memory in few seconds, then I stareted talking to my wife. She was very much afraid hearing about my experience.

But from that day, my life changed. I started my journey toward spirituality. I learnt meditation and now I am practicing meditation daily'.

I was - am jealous !

The endless Light Fall from which sparks came out to start their journey - that's our source.

That's who all of us are, we are all Light Beings, each one of us.

No one is born in darkness, no one stays in darkness forever.

The rays which he saw going in directions opposite to him, they were Light bodies, spirits, who had chosen to start the journey to experience the joys and pains of Creativity.

Like we did, many lifetimes ago.

There was no pain or anguish or loneliness or ego in any of them.

There was eagerness to experience the adventures, the desire to have fun.
