Life, Death and In between

Hi Folks!

How's life?!

I am going through a happy phase!
I became a grandma and my younger son got married recently!

Life is good. A wisecrack says, if the lifeline is straight on the monitor, it means you are dead!
Ups and Downs are a must.

So step back and enjoy the drama you have created for your own amusement.
Live!

Let us take 3 questions in this post.

Two came through mail and and one was a message, so I am reproducing them.

Here's the first one -

What happens if
1)      His/her close friends and relatives are still in the physical body, then who will come to greet him.  What I thought is, may be his / her close friends, relatives from previous births would come to receive him /her.

I want your views on this point.

Let's start at the very beginning!
A very good place to start!

We have started this journey in a group of 150 to 200 to enjoy all kinds of emotions and feelings.
Based on what we choose to learn in a particular life, we see which member of our large group is available and suits our requirement and make an agreement with them to be with us in various capacities.

So, in a particular life, there would be a certain number of them as relatives, friends, guides, mentors, enemies and so on.

The rest of them would be on the other side, learning new skills or pondering , or if they have evolved enough, guiding others on earth.

Your question could be equally true in the case of a child which dies in infancy or when all the relatives like parents, grand parents etc are alive.

This soul is greeted by other members of its family which it knows and is up there, so it does not feel lost or scared.

And another question is

Is birth and death process is same? Means what the feelings at the soul level? Are they same?

The soul decides to take rebirth of its own accord.
Nobody pushes it to do so.

When it is at the lower levels of evolution when sensual matters are overpowering, it takes rebirth quickly.
Strong emotions, debts, taking someone's life, cravings, hatred are some causes of coming right back after leaving one body.

Those who begin to understand that this whole thing is a drama created by them of their own accord, take longer in planning their next lives, choosing their challenges and rewards more carefully.

However eager one may be to come back and learn the lessons and experience and enjoy on the Earth's plane, there's always a little bit of sadness at leaving the true ' home '.

The earth is our residential school and we leave the love and warmth and security of our home to come, stay and learn and enjoy and evolve.

A little bit of hesitancy, worry that everything will not go according to plans, disgust at the actual situation on earth or in the self - chosen family would also be there.

The soul is said to move in and out of its growing body while in the mother's womb.

It is said to stay in its original home longer in the earlier period but for longer duration, continuously, as the pregnancy advances and the time to enter this new world comes closer.

On the other hand, while leaving the body, for those who are in the first three levels of evolution, there would be ignorance and hence, fear.

Evolving souls who are in the 4th level and beyond, would not be too sad or scared of dying.

There would be less resistance or fear and more acceptance and curiosity.

Before these two questions, there was a paragraph which I have reproduced in toto and want to say something about -

We say that at the time of leaving physical body, person is able to see close relatives and friends (who already left the physical body) waiting for him to greet him along with the guiding angel. I think this arrangement is done by the God just to give sign of relief to the person who is about to leave his body that some body is there with you, and you are not alone. God is helping that soul to have smooth transition from one dimension to another.

My first query would be, What is your concept of God?
There has been no 'God' entity to receive any one.

No such situation when a devoted person, after his/her death, stayed in 'heaven' or at the feet of their god or saint and then, with their loving blessings, came to take birth again to finish their own Karmas.

This concept of God has been created because of our ignorance of the laws of the Universe which govern even them.

To elaborate, for a cat or an insect or a love-bird, humans are gods because they live forever according to them, but we know we are not.(Should, any way!)

Gods are also beings who have started their journey long ago and have reached a certain level of evolution.

If we learn to think ,and act after thinking, if we read and understand the very basic tenets of any religion, that is to not to harm anyone in any way and love all life, we would not feel so helpless.

We would not depend on any outside agency to subdue our fears of the unknown.

Now for the third question -

The PLR session is good but I don't think the analysis part thereafter to be correct. You could leave people to do their own analysis if they don't find you grasping the details or intricate points they don't wish to tell you.

Analysis or Integration is an absolutely essential part of PLR.

It is what the Doctor puts together to make sense after going through all the various reports and write down a prescription which will heal.

Many people come reluctantly because they are badly stuck but at the same time, are unwilling to change one bit or let go of any of their beliefs.
They come wanting to be justified.

It's like going to various doctors giving only those details which are convenient to you and asking for particular medicines.

A good doctor will want to heal the root cause, not add to the misery, as will be the case if the root cause is allowed to fester.

PLR merely holds up a mirror to your own true self from which you cannot run or hide.

Even if you do not tell the Therapist your core issues, they will still tumble out in the session, and when all past lives are being integrated, the hidden points have to emerge.

Only those who have an attitude which they do not want to let go of, have found a problem with the analysis.

Let me put it another way.

Vipassana is a powerful method of cleansing one's own past Karmas.

The first lesson one learns when one understands the technique and practices correctly is, to start to take personal responsibility of whatever is happening in their lives.

Do a ten - day course and listen carefully to the discourses.

There, we understand the undeniable truth by experiencing sensations.
In PLR, we do so by actually undergoing the past lives when we have been obstinate or selfish or egotistical.

The end - result is the same.
Accept one's own mistakes and let go.

You will find your true self and start to feel lighter, happier as well as empowered.

I can not agree to this suggestion of not analyzing what emerges in a session.

Many people have been unhappy, shocked, surprised, ashamed, felt guilty, but most have acknowledged, made amends and moved on to happier lives without the burdens.

I can make a suggestion.
Or two.

Try to be open and honest with any Therapist you go to.
Listen to their analysis.
You always have the freedom to not accept whatever he/she says.

All the very best!

Enjoy life, all of you.

It is truly wonderful.

It may not be the case of leaving inconvenient details but the other way round. If half facts are told the conclusion is bound to be faulty.
A person can reach answers himself if all the memories are seen. Telling facts which the person finds most important does not mean not being open or honest. Any way all to there own.
