Hi Folks !
Life is looking more and more like a Theme Park!
One is curious, excited, tempted, screaming, laughing, howling and forever moving.
I'm travelling again, this time to Kailash - Manasarovar!
I'm happy and excited and feel blessed.
I shall of course tell you all about it once I am back.
Right now, let me tell you a little about the 4th Past Life Regression Therapists' Convention which was held in Pune on 9-10th August.
The theme for the 1st one was ' Know Thyself '.
The second one was ' Integration ' .
The third was about ' Evolution '.
This time, the topic was 'Transformation '.
The Keynote speakers were Dr K. Newton and Dr. Lakshmi.
And Dr Chet Snow PhD and Kallista Snow from the US.
Dr Newton's Keynote address was very powerful,\.
It was on 21 Keys to Transformational Healing through PLR.
The points he covered were important ones for the Therapist as well as the Client.
And lay people too.
He said, the Therapist should be a facilitator with minimal interference and the client should be willing and open minded.
The problems are psychosomatic in nature as the body and mind are intricately connected.
There would be resistance and denial on the part of the client and once the ego is dissolved, the Therapist would help the client to rebuild a new self.
Whatever happens during a PLR Session is transformational, helping to resolve conflicts by increasing the awareness and getting the bigger picture.
Soul lessons can be tapped into and when these insights and realizations are integrated into daily life, Core Transformation happens.
There is a realization that all problems are opportunities for growth and the sense of empowerment and enlightenment is truly rewarding.
One can make peace with the past and experience joy, peace, harmony, oneness and being-ness in daily life.
Dr Chet Snow is known widely in PLR circles for his work on Future Progression.
He's been taking people to 'safe' futures, to 2150 CE and 2350 CE so that the discomfort of undergoing death in current life would not be there at all.
He's taken thousands, and to his amazement, certain similarities turned up.
One large group saw a lifetime which had the population on a much smaller scale.
The causes could have been important environmental upheavals, a global epidemic or another world war.
A large group saw themselves a part of a Hi- Tech civilization beyond current imagination.
The lifestyle was structured but there was a lack of warmth and some felt loneliness.
Yet another group saw themselves living either on artificial space stations or space colonies high above the earth. There was contact with advanced extra-terrestrials that were helping in rebuilding the earth.
The third and smallest group saw themselves in small communities living in Nature. Almost everyone mentioned that these artistic, spiritual or teaching communities living in tall mountains or sea sides. Something like group meditations or collective thought eliminated pollution and stress. Most were vegetarian and they could choose when it was time to leave their physical body after achieving their life's goals.
There were a couple of other groups too, living rustic lives.
Interesting, isn't it?!
It is really up to us, what to do with our own selves and acknowledge the impact we have on the earth and environment.
Think on your own lifestyle.
Make small changes for your own selfish reasons of coming back in future lifetimes in a world which still has green grass, clean air, flowing , clear water and blue skies.
Now take care and be good !
