Hi Folks !
How are you doing ?!
Half the year is gone as if in a flash, hasn't it ?!
I hope you are more aware and more happy with yourself than you were at the beginning of this year.
Sometimes, we are very hard on ourselves.
Maybe it is needed to keep us grounded, aware of our faults, but at the same time, once in a while, we should acknowledge our goodness and virtues to our self.
Do you remember the four sentences of Ho'oponopono ?
I am Sorry.
Please forgive me.
I love you.
Thank you.
These have to be said in the mind, not personally to the people concerned.
They do not even come to know you are apologizing to them or thanking them.
That's how it works.
The first 2 are to apologize .
Usually, people don't seem to have a problem with these.
Once in a while I do get someone like this man, who will not say Sorry.
Not even in his own mind.
This man was helping out the lady in need, spending thousands on her and her family and even prayed to seek blessings from the gods.
But he would not apologize for his own mistake in past lives.
In the session he saw for himself how it had messed his own and her life over many lifetimes, but no, he did not want to say Sorry.
What happens in such cases?
He will keep paying for this obstinacy and she will be out of his circuit in all future lifetimes.
His contract was to learn and apologize and move on and she had agreed to be in this life to heal her own wounds given by this man, forgive and move on.
I took him forward to lifetimes if he had sought forgiveness and if he had not.
He saw the difference and yet chose not to say sorry and not to seek forgiveness.
It was his considered choice so I let him be.
After all, we have started this whole journey to experience all kinds of emotions, haven't we ?
He has the freedom to choose what he wants to experience.
In the second set, sometimes people are uncomfortable with love.
To say I love you is not easy for many, specially if the relationship in the current life is of an elderly person or an in - law or whatever.
I have tweaked these 2 sentences and the results have been quite satisfactory.
I respect you.
I am grateful to you.
Some times, many times, our idea of love does not include respect.
The person we claim to love with all our heart is taken for granted.
Many forget to be vocal about their love, forget to show it, convinced that the other person knows or should know.
This attitude blinds one to when one is not treating the other with respect.
Many times, people are unaware of the extent or definition of the term Universal Love, hence they hesitate to say these words.
' I respect you ' resolves this issue.
Giving heartfelt gratitude is very powerful as it breaks down the stinky, jagged, hard walls of stagnant energy in us which we have collected out of ignorance or ego over millions of lifetimes.
These words remove the layers, melt them away as thoroughly as you say them.
Try these lines.
It's good to say these 4 lines, the Hawaiian wisdom at least once in a day.
It is very calming.
So long for now and take care, all of you -
