Past life regression - more questions

HI FOLKS !

Hows Life been ?

There are some nice, practical questions s on Past Life Regression from Arun and lets take them up.

His queries are,

Where do I go for PLR ?

Can I do it own my own or do I need a guide ?

Lets answer the second question first.

The technique for Past Life Regression is a precise one, like an operation of the mind, so I think one should understand what exactly happens here.

Lets start at the very beginning !
A very good place to start !

Think of the mind as a circle.

ONLY the top 10 - 12% is our Conscious Mind.

All the rest of it is the SUB Conscious Mind. There is NOTHING unconscious in the mind.

From the age of about 2, when a child starts to ask questions , when reasoning and logic and intellect and yes, THE EGO start to make their appearance in the mind, something called a Critical Filter begins to appear between the two sections. '

But why?', 'How' ?,'Why Not?', 'I dont believe this', 'Maybe, but I STILL dont believe/think/feel its true' and so on create this barrier between the free flow of knowledge between the two parts.

The Sub - Conscious is the repository of ALL the memories 0f ALL the previous lifetimes.

In the Western method that I follow, all that I do is remove this critical filter so that your OWN conscious mind can access a past life and retrieve the relevant memories.

I do NOT control your mind.

You are aware of the happenings, will remember everything later.

Induction into a past life is very important.

Many are eager but find that they can't go because deep down, there may be fear or a past-life trauma that the mind is not prepared to observe as yet.

These have to be addressed first.
At times, one may ask to go to a lifetime to solve a specific problem like for eg. an indifferent/short-tempered spouse.

Here you may want to go to a previous life where you were with this person and find out the WHY?s.

However, you may instead see one where you led a quiet, linear lifetime which had problems but they were taken care of by someone or the other.

In such cases, the Integration part of the Therapy becomes very important.

Is being a passive driftwood a part of your mental make-up now too?

Then thats what you have been shown - a facet of your personality which you need to address to eventually solve the main problem.

This joining of the dots after coming out of Regression is very important.

There is mental work, conscious thinking to do.

Remember, we dont prescribe medicines ! I

ts counselling, then awareness and changing the old pattern.

Hence, a trained, qualified, experienced person is essential to get the complete benifit.

All three are equally important.. -Induction, Regression and Integration.

If you are in PUNE, you are welcome to come to my clinic !

There is Dr. NEWTON in Hyderabad, CHII in Delhi and Mumbai.

There are therapists trained by them in atleast some of the big cities.

I think if you type past life regression therapist+ name of city and google search, you may get a reply.

Or write to Dr. Newton's http://www.liferesearchacademy.com/ and find out if anyone trained by them is in your city.

Or to the http://www.californiahypnosis.in/ for the same.

If unsure when you go, confirm that the Therapist practises the Western method of Hypnotic
modalities which I have explained above.

It is always better to discuss what exactly is going to take place.

There is nothing to fear, everything to gain.

The Eastern Method, practised in all the Oriental countries, is actually what gave Hypnosis a very bad name all over the world.

This is what you see in Magic Shows and Fairs etc. when the subject has no control over is mind, obeys completely and does not remember later.

On the other hand, in the Western Method, a part of the conscious mind itself focusses , the critical filter is removed and one consciously gathers information, so there is no fear of being under someone else's control.

Actually, one does not need to have a problem to undergo this!

Its fun !

And great as life's Mid-Course correction.

So all the best, all of you!

Go ahead and have fun !

hi
have been out of circulation for various reasons and hadn't read any of the recent posts... i'm glad that you are writing sooooo... much on PLR. what would your advice be if instead of regressing... one progresses and the Master dissuades you from further regressions?
