Hows life?
Been a long time.
There was work going on in my computer room - cupboards and cabinets being made.
There was work going on in my computer room - cupboards and cabinets being made.
Noise and dust and a general mess.
It seemed never-ending, but its about finished now, and the result is so beautiful !
Made to the correct requirement.
The big things and then the small, on-the-spur additions which increase comfort and add to the overall beauty and grace. Hand-made stuff.
Doesn't it sound so much like LIFE ?!
A big mess which keeps going on and on and on !

You finish with one and discover something else has already begun - has crept up quietly and you decide you might as well finish it .
So you do, but the input has a bit of irritation, restlessness, a be-done- with - it which muddies the joy of completion and creation.
Doesn't it ?
When my requests of 'a little shelf here and nails over there for my prayer flags' kept growing, I thought the carpenter was going to say 'I dont do/there's- no- time- for these small things'.

When my requests of 'a little shelf here and nails over there for my prayer flags' kept growing, I thought the carpenter was going to say 'I dont do/there's- no- time- for these small things'.
But he didn't.
He heard me out patiently.
Looked at the requirement.
Thought it over.
Made some suggestions which enhanced the end result.
No job was too small for him.
Along with him comes his 20 year old son who watches his father work and talk and think.
He's equally polite, never says no but adds that he' will tell Pappa, he's coming.'
When there was requirement for a polisher and painter and mason, Pappa told me.
Only when I asked him if he knew of anyone who would come and do the work did he say that yes, he did.
They came, did an excellent job in the stipulated time and went off.
They charged what seems a reasonable amount for the physical effort they do and the beauty of their work.
Makes me wonder.
Watch the gardener. The farmer, welder, electrician, carver, embroiderer, cutter, tailor-Anybody who works as much with his hands or body as his mind.
Do you find them calmer?
Closer to the nature's laws and just- so much more peaceful. The closer you are to Mother Earth, the more grounded you would be, wouldn't you ?
Think of us, on the other hand.

Think of us, on the other hand.
In high-rises, away from solid earth.
We jog in well - soled shoes.
Take cars and bikes and planes to work and travel.
Spend free time in bed or in conditioned air which could be more polluted than fumes from fuel.
Lets connect with ourselves.
When was the last time you took a deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep breath ?
Take one now.
Breathe out longer.
Again.
Do it as often as you remember when you are in fresh air.
FIND fresh air !
With every breath you take in, feel calmness, serenity and happiness spread inside your body.
Let all the tension, stress, anxiety, confusion, depression, tiredness, lethargy go out through the out-breath.
Have you noticed ?

We take in so little and need to throw out so much more !
Lets relax.
Be happy.
Say thank you to mother earth and our friends and near and dear ones.
Have a good day-

Respected Shubhaji,
Please tell me, are there any pre-requisites for going for a PLR course?? Say, in terms of meditation(doing or not).
Is it that those who have done Vipassana find it easier to regress??
One more Question...How can we be sure that, what we see during regression, isn't some imaginary stuff cooked up by our sub-conscious mind??
Eagerly waiting for your reply!!
Warm Regards,
