Hi Folks -!
There's some great news I want to share.
You can find out how to get the original English one from his website -
http://www.liferesearchacademy.com/
AS for mine, its available in bookshops.
What else could it be?!
Do read and send your comments, suggestions etc.
Its DIWALI again, the festival of lights which symbolises the end of darkness.
There are many stories connected to this celebration, the most popular being, after vanquishing Ravana, the arrival of Lord Rama to his kingdom Ayodhya with wife Sita and brother Laxman.
It was the new-moon night, they were to reach before dawn, so the people of Ayodhya hung lamps on trees and poles, placed more outside their houses, cleaned and decorated their homes and the whole kingdom and burst crackers in joy and anticipation.
They were basically celebrating the victory of Goodness over Evil.
I heard an extremely interesting thought on the four Yug or Eras as they are known in the Hindu Mythology.
The First was the SAT YUG, in which the good and evil fought in the forms of Gods and Demons.
The Second was the TRETA YUG in which this fight was between two countries or land-masses, and we had the Ramayana, when old Bharat(India) and Sri Lanka went to war.
The Third was the DWAPAR YUG, in which one large family got divided and was pitted against each-other.We had the Mahabharata, and the Kauravs and Pandavs decimating each-other!
Most interestingly, right now, we are in the Fourth one, the KALI YUG, where the good and bad inside each one of us will fight each-other!
Awesome, isn't it?!
Now, who do you think is winning in you?!
Think, before pointing fingers!
There are some interesting questions - !
Omkar wants to know the effect on Energy Stealers when they steal.
Lets see, why do they steal?
It is because they have none of their own.
The physical body can do without food and water for a while but one cannot live without energy or Prana as it is called.
When one is hungry, the hunger pangs are easily recognisable to most people, so they eat something.
Thirst is similarly identifiable so one goes of for a drink of water.
The root cause may be far away, beyond reach or indifferent, and you are stewing.
What does it do to you?
The anger binds you to those negative thoughts and you think them over and over again, draining your own energy in the bargain.
A drink of water does not help. Alcohol is the worst you can do in this situation as it only accelerates the negative emotions.
As we rave or rant, howl, cry, shout, become aloof, throw favourite tantrums and they respond, our empty vessel starts to fill!
Then we feel nice and strong and wander off.
The wholesome remedy?
Connect to the Universal source which is infinite.
How?
Meditate.
Now for the second question -
In PLRs, in the cave, many people see completely different Masters/Guides from their Gods or Saints.
Each one of us has them, thats for sure, but I dont know of any other sure-fire way to connect with them.
There are spirits of all temperaments floating around, earth-bound, because they've been unwilling or unable to let go and move ahead.
An angry, upset, negative mind is more likely to attract similar entities.
What kind of a being do you want to eventually be?
One has to make a start somewhere, so calming the mind, making it still, learning to watch the thoughts come and go without now letting them overpower you - these are excellent tools of avoiding energy-stealing, energy from being stolen and connecting to the higher intelligence.
This is also called Meditation!
Now there are 2 very interesting questions which I would like to answer in detail but I will do it in the next post as this is already long enough.
Chew on this one!
Be Happy.
Enjoy Diwali even if you are not celebrating.
With Love-

Thank you Shubha jee for good explanation.
but a question remains in mind. If we want energy why would I need meditation, which is anti mind [by nature].
A ordinary mind doesn’t like to meditate!!
I will just go & steal some one's energy when I need it most [consciously /unconsciously] this way I can create my superior Image also & don’t have to do meditation!!.
I fairly understand that being stolen is absolutely wrong. I still unable to get it crystal clear what’s wrong in stealing someone’s energy.
Thanks again
Omkar
How nice to know about your book. Congratulations. May you have a few more in future.
Thank you so much for leaving a comment on my blog post (about having no regrets).
I sure will try and put your advice in practice.
Hope you had a great DIWALI.
Thanks for your post. I think in todays' world one of our biggest challenges or tasks is to maintain good amounts of energy to get through in fast-paced and changing times. I think one task is to find the most suitable ways to look after ourselves energetically, by generating and maintaining positive energies without causing hurt or harm to others. Loved the post, thanks.
Hello Shubha jee
can you please explain the term "Refuse to be a part of someone else's drama." with simple examples which may explain about all 6 energy stealers each?
Thanks All for replies
Omkar
