Hi Folks !
How's life with you?!
It's Spring again!
New beginnings, new energy, enthusiasm, love and laughter!
Let's look at a few questions today.
1. I try to meditate. I do it for a few days, and then again don't do it for many many days.
I am observing that this is going on for a couple of years.
I am not able to meditate consistently, but I want to. Same is the thing with a few other activities.
For eg. going to gym, music class
Is it my laziness or is it something from my past life that is troubling me ?
How can I find out ?
1. It could be laziness.
A tendency to be complacent when the basic requirements of life are adequately met.
When ' knowing ' is substituted for action.
This happens a lot when one gets carried away in the day - today life, focuses on the material worldly comforts and feels life is fine when all the slots are filled , points ticked off the list.
It happens when one subconsciously believes that a generally - taken - care - of body and a mind which does a ritual or two is enough to get by.
If this was really enough, you would not have wanted to meditate or go to gym as persistently as you realize you are not doing it.
It would help you to go to a past life and check if there was a life which was wasted because bad health and lack of meditation had kept you away from fulfilling your goals which were so much in reach.
You can also go to a successful past life when you had overcome odds and achieved a higher spiritual growth.
Both are opposites, and both will help you remove the obstacles in your path.
2. You always explain the law and cycle of Karma thru your blog. So here is a question about it.
How can we find out if an event happening in our present life is a new karma we are creating altogether or its a
result of some action or happening in our past lives.
For eg. even if I worked very hard for all the year, my manager due to some personal vendetta, did not give me
good rating in appraisal.
So now the following questions arise :
1. Is he creating a new karma (bad of course :-) ), of not giving me the rating I deserve.
OR
2. Is this due to my past bad karma ?
OR
3. If I deserve my due and am still not getting it, then can it be like, even if I am not getting it now, I would
get it sometime in future, when really the time is for me ?
1. The manager is probably doing to you what you probably did to him in a previous life time. He is only getting rid of his own baggage of anger / helplessness / hunger / insult or whatever, of one or more previous lifetimes when he had been the wronged one.
Any event which happens in our present life is the fruit of our past karmic seed.
Your reaction to it is the seed of your new karma so one has to be careful, there.
2. Time after time in my sessions, such questions have thrown up almost identical answers.
Some one was an owner of his own business and was rude or stingy.
Or insulted his workers or did not give promotions.
Threw out the bright ones out of fear of self - preservation.
He or she is getting it back now, with interest.
They cannot understand the cause of this injustice to them because it is not coming from this life at all.
One man had come to get out of his depression. A colleague had got promoted and made his life hell which is when he had got into depression.
In an earlier life, he had been a powerful, bad character and raped her.
Many, many saw themselves to have been moneylenders who had swindled helpless people out of lands and gold and raped and been violent.
3. You may get what you deserve in this life if your ' debt ' has been cleared by undergoing what you did to him.
In my sessions, I call both the parties in the cave and make the perpetrator go through what the other person or people went through because of his/her own callous behaviour.
Witnessing this, if forgiveness is asked and given, things change right in this lifetime.
The unseen but deeply felt burden goes, one's own outlook towards oneself becomes a little less egotistical or ' poor - me ' and one learns to blame others less.
One's vibrations change, which is what leads to a positive change in circumstances too.
You want another very powerful method of cleansing your Karma?
Do the Ho'oponopono.
Say those 4 sentences with a blank mind and see who pops up.
Go to the posts and read again, if you wish.
This came in the mail so I copy - pasted it as a comment and am answering now -
My question - It is a part of the answer to the second question in your post titled "Moksha". You have mentioned that "
There will never be a time in even the remote future when everybody has grown wise and has attained Moksha."
I don't mean to contradict you but we are observing that the world is changing and so are human beings. We were savage and brutal generations ago but slowly and slowly we learnt to be less violent. There are fewer wars, people are learning to live independently without subjugating others and there is so much of awakening nowadays about spirituality also. It means the entire human race is attaining maturity slowly. And our earth which is also a living being has entered into a phase also where it is experiencing an energy shift, is also evolving. Once upon a time, it was a ball of fire but over millions of years it has cooled down and it is sustaining life now. So, what I can see is that every body is evolving, so, there might be a time in the far future where everybody will attain Moksha and our earth will be another heaven to live in.
Please let me know what do you think or whether this can be a possibility or not.

4. Let's start at the very beginning! A very good place to start!
All of us, each one of us, started this journey to enjoy Creation.
This dear Mother Earth is a huge Fair with all kinds of merry - go - rounds and wheels and exciting rides.
Just like you and me, there are countless beings who want to enjoy this fun.
Those who are on this earth right now, those already on the way, will some day have enough of this and eventually cross over.
But the newer ones?!
You may tell them it's tough and horrible and really not worth it, but just like you may have been warned and ignored it to enjoy all aspects of Creation and came here, they do too.
Remember your own moment of choice when you decided to take the plunge in spite of the delay!
You still took off, didn't you?
The new souls who come on Earth for the first time from the Source or from other planets, are happy and excited to be here.
So this school will carry on.
Enjoy!
