Hi Folks -
How are you?
Hope you remember to do your Ho'ponopono every now and then, at random, just like that.
Do it, it will probably make you feel silly at first, then curious, then lighter and then happier!
All of this, I can assure you !
And if you don't know what Ho'oponopono is, please go to the 2 posts from the list of labels on this blog and do it.
Now, let me tell you about some exciting things from the 3rd National Convention of Past Life Regression Therapists held in Gurgaon in the 2nd week of August.
It was an august gathering, as usual !
There were two important developments.
One was a first draft of the detailed case history each PLR Therapist would take of clients who come for therapy.
Most, if not all of the parameters covered by Allopaths which are recognized universally would now be included, like taking their blood pressure, pulse rate, sugar, cholesterol, urine report, height, weight, ECG, EEG etc.
Then there would be something like a scale on which they would be asked to mark their physical and mental ailments like headache / anger / loneliness / pain / depression / fears / phobias and so on for which there is no universal measure as yet.
Everything about the session would be done in a comprehensive format which would be finalized and records kept of follow - up too.
This therapy has found acceptance in the US.
There are hundreds of certified Therapists in Europe and many other countries.
It has come to India from the west, so there is a concerted effort now to streamline it and collect enough empirical data to get it the recognition it deserves in this country so that it does not fall under the Alternative Therapy category.
Great, isn't it?
The second was the point made by the British PLR Therapist Andy Tomlinson who stressed that ' Everything is a Contract '.
Whatever is happening to us, we have brought it to resolve. Physical ailments, emotional disturbances, anger, relationship issues and so on -
It was really absorbing.
Go trough the post ' Pre Birth Choice and Agreements ', you will get an idea.
Taking responsibility for one's own life and actions liberates one completely of unknown fears and burdens.
It empowers one to now take action with free will.
There is an acknowledgement of the fact that each action or inaction will have a set of consequences which one will have to bear, that no one can escape from experiencing them, irrespective of one's colour, race, caste, nationality or wealth or lack of it.
Think this over, does it not have a calming , stabilizing effect on one's nerves?!
We are much more powerful than we think we are.
How is this knowledge important now?
How does one integrate into one's current life, whatever comes up from one's own past lives during a session?
There are lessons which come through, guidance lovingly given by Masters which is clear and will realign you to your life's purpose.
You would have experienced one or more past lives from which this wisdom has come, so you can not deny any of it.
Many times, one deliberately wraps around oneself, a snug comfort zone of ' confusion ', ' I don't know what to do ', ' I have to bear my karma, what can I do ? ' , ' I know what you are saying, but still, why ?' and refuse to take responsibility of their thoughts and actions.
There is also a deep rooted belief, some times at the sub - conscious level that whatever good one does, including prayers, rituals, charity, counselling - will somehow negate whatever bad one might have done in the past.
Essentially what this does, is that it does not let us change our habit patterns and mind sets.
We carry on being short - tempered, nasty, sad, jealous or aloof on one hand and drown our conscience in deadening but morale -preserving, hopeful meaningless actions.
Take charge of your lives.
It is empowering and exhilarating .
Believe me!
Take care and enjoy !
